Insurer Must Defend Beneficiaries and Trustees

We represented plaintiffs policyholders in a lawsuit to recover past costs of defense from their insurer.  The trial court denied our summary judgment motion.  The appellate court reversed the lower court's opinion as to all plaintiffs and granted a duty to defend to our clients.
Environmental Claims Are Potentially Covered, Calif. Appeals Panel Says
